Returns & Exchanges

At Lola Monroe Boutique, we want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all seasonal clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
